Terminal App Confusion
What do you do when you’re using Terminal App and you need to change some settings?
That’s right, you hit command-comma to go straight to the prefs. And then, some window asking you what to do when you create a new Terminal window pops up!
Well, “i guess i missed something here.” - you think. So you click on the menu and choose “Preferences…”, which pops up the same window. I guess that at this point, you already figured out what im talking about: why the hell do you need “Preferences…” when all you need is on “Window Settings…”?

Let me even rephrase: what’s the use of having both menu options, when you could (and should) have it on “Preferences…”? How often do you look at both menu options and dont know which one to choose? It happens to me all the time.
Yeah, because We (non US - international mac users) sometimes have a hard time having our language displayed correctly on Terminal App, so we might go there more often than US users.
Not to mention that there’s still no US International keyboard layout for those with US keyboards when you install Tiger, so you still need to install Rainer Brockerhoff’s US International keyboard layout for Mac OS X.
